Can I change the power supply from 230 to 400 V and vice versa?
Yes, you can switch from 230 to 400 V. This does not apply to models supplied with 400 V.
How many kilograms can the professional washing machine handle compared to a washing machine for private use?
The professional washing machines can withstand as many kilograms as the machines for private use, but the programs are adapted to lower loads to ensure the best possible results.
How long does the machine have a warranty?

What is the difference between a professional and a regular washing machine?
Professional machines are more robust and reliable, and they are designed to last longer than ordinary washing machines. They are the best choice for companies that use the machines frequently.
Do the machines comply with the requirements for disinfection?
You can choose between three disinfection programs: 90 °C, 60 °C and 40 °C. For the programs with 60 °C and 40 °C, a special detergent is used to ensure proper disinfection. All disinfection programs have been developed to meet the authority’s requirements for laundry in the healthcare sector. Based on the International Organization for Standardization’s guidelines (ISO EN15883), disinfecting washing is described as follows: 1. Minimum 80 °C for a minimum of 10 minutes, or 2. Minimum 60 °C for a minimum of 60 minutes if the rinsing water is not recycled. WMC622/74x/94x are supplied with the disinfection programs. Tumble Dryers
What is the shortest drying time?
The drying time depends on several factors, including which model you have, how wet the laundry is, what materials it is made of and how big it is. We recommend that laundry to be dried in a tumble dryer be spun at min. 1000 rpm to remove as much water as possible during washing. In the user manual you will find examples of how long the programs take.
Can I switch from 230 to 400 V power supply and vice versa?
Yes, you can switch from 230 to 400 V. This does not apply to models supplied with 400 V

Yes, our 7 and 9 kg dryers can be connected to external payment systems. The machines have been tested with payment systems from BEAS and Aptus, but they can also be used with other systems.
Does the tumble dryer come with a mounting bracket so it can be placed on top of a washing machine?

How many kilograms can a professional tumble dryer withstand compared to a regular model?
The professional tumble dryers can withstand as many kilograms as the regular models, but the programs have been developed for lower loads, so that you get the best possible result every time.
What is the difference between a dryer with a heat pump and one with ventilation?
The tumble dryer with a heat pump uses much less electricity. It is particularly important for companies where the dryers are used frequently.
Dishwashers
Does the dishwasher meet the requirements for disinfection?
ASKO Professional dishwashers have two programs, SaniA and SaniB, which increase the temperature in the final rinse to 85 °C. SaniA increases the temperature to 85 °C for 10 minutes, and SaniB increases it to 85 °C for 3 minutes. According to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), disinfection takes place when an A0 parameter value of 600 for disinfection is achieved, which occurs when the temperature reaches 85 °C for at least 3 minutes.
How quickly will the machine complete the program if it is fully loaded?
The washing time depends on the model of the dishwasher, the type of dishes, how dirty the dishes are and how much is put in the machine. Examples of program duration can be found in the user manual for your dishwasher.
